IV - About Withdrawal Right
1. Can I withdraw my Class C investment?
Yes—withdrawal (recesso) is permitted under Article 11.2 and Company-specific conditions:
Timing window: during the first 90 days of every 24-month cycle since the incorporation of the company.
Amount (simple model used in the Statuto):
Withdrawals shall be satisfied pro rata, in proportion to each Class C quota holder’s ownership relative to the total Class C capital pool, and limited to the available liquidity within that pool.

Upon withdrawal, Class C quota holders shall be entitled to the return of their subscribed principal, net of any expenses to the Class C capital pool, together with any accrued but unpaid preferential dividends.
Liquidity condition: payment is due within 90 days of withdrawal formalization, without interest, provided sufficient USDC liquidity exists. If liquidity is insufficient, payment may be deferred or paid in installments until liquidity is restored; such deferral is not a default.
