II - About Different Share Classes
1. What are the different share classes in Bitizenship Italia?
Bitizenship Italia has three classes of quotas — Class A, Class B, and Class C — each designed to align different groups of shareholders with specific areas of the company’s growth and technology focus.
2. What is Class C?
Class C quotas represent non-voting equity connected to the company’s stablecoin-based operations, which support its financial and technological activities.
Purpose: Align shareholders with USDC-denominated operations, including staking, liquidity management, and testing of digital-finance infrastructure.
Participation: Dividends, when and if declared, may reflect the results of these stablecoin operations, always derived from the company’s approved financial statements.
Liquidity: Transfers or redemptions may be available every 24 months, aligned with operational cycles and subject to approval.
Governance: No voting rights with limited class-specific rights.
Note: These classes represent different roles and forms of participation in a technology startup. They are not financial instruments or managed funds, and do not represent any form of public investment offer.
